No, it’s not a traditional race, but the 10,000-pound trailer-tow obstacle course is a pretty worthy substitute we think. 10 reader-selected contenders are chosen to compete with their diesel-powered trucks in a series of tests involving fuel economy, power and maneuverability.
Specifically, we have a GMC Sierra to watch take on the challenge, which involves speed, maneuverability and a good eye to not knock down the intricate set of cones in this CDL-style circuit while pulling a heavy load.
