Yesterday was full of sweeping changes and news involving Holden and its future. The brand revealed five new vehicles coming to its lineup, a fresh marketing and branding campaign and announced a renewed focus on customer service.
The focus on its customers, which Holden has branded “Complete Care”, includes the brand’s latest service facet: the Take Your Time Test Drive.
Holden will hand off the keys to any Holden vehicle and to any prospective buyer for up to 24-hours, letting the customer wring out the vehicle at their leisure.
“Holden has made huge strides in customer service with improvements in our customer satisfaction and customer retention. But we still have a lot of work to do and we know that customer service alone isn’t a differentiator – every company talks about customers,” Holden’s Executive Director of Customer Experience, Peter Jamieson, said.
“We need to find more and better ways understand the needs of our customers and find solutions. That comes from really listening to our customers. It was listening to customers that lead us to introduce the Take Your Time Test Drive.”
The Take Your Time Test Drive was envisioned after Holden customers brought critical data back to the brand stating the current test drive formula wasn’t a great experience.
The test drive program also joins Holden’s Lifetime Capped Service Program, which covers every single Holden ever built.
