Top Gear USA has officially been canceled, so it’s good to see Rutledge Wood having some side-hustle with Chevrolet during the 2016 Hot Rod Power Tour. In this video, Wood goes over the highlights of several Chevrolet Performance products, and why many choose to go with the Chevrolet brand. To demonstrate his allegiance to the Bowtie, Wood has his very own 1968 Chevrolet Camaro with a 525-horsepower LS3 sitting under the hood, so he knows a thing or two about what the company has to offer.
Wood appreciates Chevrolet’s ability to provide everything needed from tedious wiring to great overall drivability. He says Chevrolet simply “gets it,” and that’s part of why cars like his Camaro draw so much attention at events such as the 2016 Hot Rod Power Tour.
“This is why people put LS’ in everything. They’re great motors, they’ll start every time, and you can go have fun with it.” Right you are Mr. Wood, right you are.
