Not only the two cars, but the Corvette Dream Giveaway also provided $50,000 to cover the taxes for both vehicles.
Park stated he bought $100 worth of tickets to help the numerous charities the Corvette Dream Giveaway supports. He merely thought it was an excellent way to give back, and when the call came in, he had totally forgot about the giveaway.
All proceeds from the giveaway go to the sponsoring charity, which was New Beginning Children’s Home this past year. Grants were also given to a number of national charities as well.
When asked by Corvette Blogger which Corvette he was going to drive first, Park said he hadn’t thought that far ahead, but he knew his father-in-law, a lifelong Corvette enthusiast, was itching to get behind the wheel of both.
