We’re not sure why this seemed like a good idea, but the deed is done. This rented 2016 C7 Corvette Stingray was taken from the asphalt playground, to a place a Corvette (in stock form) should never see: off-road.
Somewhere on the side of a California freeway, two dude-bros decided it would be best to take a crack at spinning and sloshing the 2016 Corvette Stingray in the rock and dirt.
To no one’s surprise, the Corvette didn’t like it much, with our hosts complaining of weird scents and the engine whimpering and struggling after lengths of abuse.
If you’re into this sort of thing, more power to you. If you’re not, refrain from pressing play up above. Hopefully the rental insurance was taken out at the least.
