General Motors Argentina recently recognized its best-performing dealers of 2014, thereby placing them in the prestige Presidents’ Club.
The six dealers recognized include:
- Capsa S.A. in Chubut
- Gemsa S.A. in Tucumán
- Lago S.A. in Buenos Aires
- Pesado Castro S.A. in Santa Fe
- Ramonda Motors S.A. in Santa Fe
- Tolosa S.A. in Buenos Aires
To qualify, dealers are evaluated in the areas of customer service, training of personnel and facilities, plus sales and aftersales performance, among other criteria.
Sergio Medeiros, Director of Sales and After Sales of General Motors Argentina, had the following to say during the event (in Spanish):
“En GM es muy importante reconocer a los mejores concesionarios de nuestra Red Chevrolet que trabajan día a día siguiendo todos los estándares de calidad a la hora de brindarles a nuestros clientes el mejor servicio, tanto durante su experiencia en la compra de su vehículo como en la etapa de postventa”.
A rough English translation would be along the lines of:
“It is very important for GM to recognize its best Chevrolet dealers who work every day to follow all quality standards when it comes to providing our customers the best sales and aftersales experience.”
