The 2016 Cadillac ATS-V and 2016 Cadillac CTS-V will make their Mexican debut during the fourth quarter of 2015, debuting what Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen says are the German fanboys’ worst nightmare.
“The V-Series line is the ultimate expression of design, performance and technology of Cadillac; designed and developed to bring these impressive features to manage every day, “said Pamela Arteaga, Marketing Manager of Buick, GMC and Cadillac. “We are honored to announce the arrival in Mexico of the ATS and CTS models in its version V Series, they represent a watershed in the high performance luxury Cadillac not only, but the entire industry, as its design, equipment and all capabilities, challenge anyone, ” she said.
Mexican buyers should find a lot to love from the American performance brutes with the 2016 ATS-V utilizing the LF4 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, and the 2016 CTS-V opting for the LT4 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine, making it the fastest production vehicle in General Motors’ portfolio.
Both cars will arrive loaded with the latest connectivity and luxury features, with the 2016 ATS-V arriving in October at exclusive distribution channels. The ATS-V sedan will start at $1,400,000 Pesos, or $81,865 USD, and the ATS-V Coupe will command $1,410,000, or $82,450 USD.
