Before Cadillac took to the Javits Center in New York City for the 2015 New York Auto Show, Cadillac threw quite the reveal party for its newest pride and joy, the 2016 Cadillac CT6.
The event required attendees to be chauffeured via water taxi across the Hudson River to a private location in Brooklyn. Upon entering, guests were treated to a host of amenities, and finally, Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen took the stage to unveil the CT6.
The 2016 CT6 represents the ongoing evolution of Cadillac, and gives the brand a true luxury sedan to take on what the rest of the world has to offer. The 2016 CT6 isn’t just important in the U.S., though. It’s equally important in China, and future Cadillac products will be developed very similarly for both of these markets.
After the car’s formal introduction, attendees were invited on stage to enjoy what the Cadillac CT6 had to offer, while a second CT6 arrived in a separate area to ensure guests got as much seat time as possible in the vehicle.
The unveiling was a full house, as you can see from the video provided down below, and represents Cadillac’s new commitment to New York City. Take a look for yourself in the video right down below.
