If you’re a Corvette owner, this is something you’ll most definitely want to take note of. The National Council of Corvette Clubs has announced it will partner with the National Corvette Museum and Motorsports Park for one very cool event.
While both organizations encourage only the best camaraderie between Corvette owners, it is the first time the two will partner together to seek the common goal. The National Council of Corvette Clubs will host its very first event at the NCM’s Motorsports Park and is open for any, and all Corvette owners. The three day event will see activities at both the track and the museum for owners.
The NCM has reported the event is already sold out, with owners bringing their cars from up to 20 states over to join in on the action.
President of the NCCC, Dave Heinemann, says the event will be a positive for both organizations, and looks forward to the collaboration.
“I see this as a collaboration and an opportunity for not only us to grow our membership, but for the Museum to grow theirs as well,” he said. “I’m a firm believer in the Museum. There is nothing else like it in the world, yet our organizations have a lot in common. We complement each other and I wanted to be a part of the excitement that’s been grown at the Museum and track.”
The event will take place over Memorial Day weekend and will certainly be quite the sight to see as owners pour into the museum and Motorsports Park for one of the greatest Corvette gatherings we’ve seen to date.
