The 2015 Cadillac ATS has received raves from the American automotive press, so why hoard such a good thing? Come December, consumers in the Middle East will be able to buy the ATS Coupe.
Cadillac engineers and designers made a number of changes from the award-winning ATS Sedan to deliver a different set of performance and styling traits for the ATS Coupe. While riding on the same wheelbase as the ATS sedan, the ATS Coupe features its own bodywork, longer vehicle length, lower height, and wider front/rear tracks. The Coupe’s roof, doors, rear fenders, and trunk lid are unique, plus the front fascia and front fenders are slightly different to accommodate the wider track.
The ATS Coupe is powered by a powerful 3.6L V6 that puts out 321 horsepower in U.S.-spec form that, when combined with the lightest weight in the compact luxury coupe segment, gives this Cadillac class-leading agility, surpassing the best brands from Europe and elsewhere.
Prices for the 2015 ATS Coupe will be announced closer to the December launch date.
