Cadillac is partnering with Saveur magazine to combine culinary excellence with a unique opportunity to test drive the latest Cadillacs. Called “Road to Table,” participants will be able to experience the 2015 Cadillac Escalade SUV and the Cadillac CTS sedan, which was redesigned for 2014.
“Together with Saveur, Cadillac is creating an immersive culinary experience. These are vibrant experiences that will resonate with luxury consumers nationwide,” says Global Cadillac director of brand and reputation strategy, Melody Lee.
Saveur’s executive editorial team, which includes Editor-in-Chief James Oseland, Executive Editor Betsy Andrews, and Executive Digital Editor Helen Rosner, will host invited guests at a “architecturally interesting” location and then drive a 2014 CTS or 2015 Escalade to a featured restaurant. After the meal, guests will be chauffeured back to the starting location in 2015 Escalades, where the 2014 Cadillac CTS Vsport sedan, ELR electrified luxury coupe, 2015 ATS Coupe, and Escalade SUV will be on display.
“We are excited about our partnership with Cadillac and having the opportunity to co-host this distinctive event series,” said Saveur‘s James Oseland, who also will be hosting the “Road to Table” program in both Chicago and Philadelphia. “This collaboration offers consumers an elevated experience within the world of food by tying in essential lifestyle elements that Cadillac represents.”
The “Road to Table” starts this month in Chicago and will be featuring “the seasonally influenced, eclectic American cuisine of restaurant Trencherman and Chef Pat Sheerin.” The program will also be held in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, and Orange County (California) through summer and fall 2014.
