The Chevrolet Blazer is a vehicle most comfortable with doing some light off road driving, hauling whatever you can fit in the back and maybe driving around town and taking the kids to school. At least that’s what we thought until we stumbled upon this drag strip dominating 8-second Blazer.
The owner of this 1988 Blazer fitted it with a 420 cubic inch small block that’s good for 900 horsepower on the motor and a chassis-twisting 1,300 horsepower with nitrous. The result of all that American made power? Lots and lots of tire smoke, wheelies and speed.
