Currently, vehicles that could be described as exotic usually go for mostly unreachable prices, except for the 2014 Corvette, which could be considered exotic, depending on who you ask. But Supercar System, a start-up automaker, aims to make exotic cars more approachable with a car of their own. And they claim their vehicle will weigh in at 2,200 lbs–1,980 lbs dry, and depending on which V8 used, such as the LS7, will produce 452-694 horsepower. Sounds like the perfect recipe to be scary quick, with 0-60 targets as fast as 3.0 seconds.
Is it all vaporware? We hope not, especially for the reachable starting price of $69,000. But as so many failed start-up car companies have shown us in the past, getting a product to market and staying financially stable won’t be easy. To find out more on Supercar System, visit their website.
