So, you can’t go to the Corvette C7 unveiling in person on January 13 at the Russel Industrial Center. That’s fine, because there’s going to be a live stream of the whole thing that you can enjoy from your computer.
Chevrolet will begin streaming the official reveal Sunday night at 18:00/6:00 pm Eastern (15:00 / 3:00 pm Pacific) in the video player below. We will also post the official photos immediately at our official 2014 Corvette C7 page.
We will be in attendance to ask the Corvette team any questions you might have. So if you would like something answered, write it down in the comment section below. And be sure to check back tomorrow when there will be one last teaser trailer before the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette is officially revealed on Sunday.
What has the Corvette team done to ensure great feedback to the driver? Porsche has recently gone to electric power steering and the reviews have been mixed.
too bad my video card on my laptop will be choppy so ill be frustrated :/
Hey Jared, I wonder if you could convince someone at a place like BestBuy or a sports bar to stream it for you somehow? I wonder if it will be on Speed Channel or something?
Does anyone know if it will be on a television channel at all? Might be fun to have a party at a bar with a bunch of friends! =)
I’m concerned about rumors of a narrower track width; some info there would be welcomed.
IF the car doesn’t have round taillights at the reveal, WHY in the hell did the Corvette team change them??
Oh boy!! Good thing I got a big screen for Christmas!!!
Honestly, the only question I have is when can we get a test drive! =) I would be interested in a base model but I think I will wait for the Grand Sport. ;^) I know some are tired of all this but I am more excited about this that I was about Christmas!! =D
When will online ordering begin? What restrictions on orders will there be? (models, accessories) etc. What will the production schedule be? Is there a dealer nearby plant, I could pick it up?
Ivan — it’s too soon to answer pretty much any of those questions right now. Until the C7 is revealed on Jan. 13, 2013 and until we get some RPO data, we won’t be able to answer any of that.
As far as dealers go, check out http://www.gm.com/vehicles/dealerLocator.html and do a search for dealers next to Bowling Green, KY.
We will be here to cover all of that, and more, throughout the next couple of months.
In the meantime, you might find this C7 guide helpful:

They just released the last video!!! Has there ever been a frame to look so sexy? ;^)
When will the ZR1 version be available to order from the factory?
History shows empirically that the greater the lead up glitz, hype and hysteria is, the lower the quality and impressiveness of the show or product is. This bodes poorly for the new C7 Vette.
For Chevy to go through this dog and pony show, the new C7 most truly be a big let down.
how much boost can the lt1 engine handle, for a forced induction system
When will the Z06 be available to order from the factory?
1. How much does it weigh?
2. What transmissions are available?
3. How much of the technology will trickle down?
4. How many different packages are available?
5. Will there be a stripped race version available to the general public?
Can I change a light bulb without removing the bumpers or major components of the car?
Ha ha haaaaa… It is one huge advertisement informercial. America is the land of gullible fools. This might as well be for selling the Ginsu kife with a lifetime sharp edge.
Ha ha haaaaaaa FOOLS!
The rear is completely INCONGRUOUS with the rest of the car. Front and sides look good but the rear is HIDEOUS. It is a square geometric design pinned onto a sleek organic body. This is a substantial and strategic design ERROR. The design team was bifurcated and it shows two distinct mindsets guiding this cars design.
The new Corvette is schizophrenic in design.
Fantastic machine! Best Corvette ever, with high quality interiors.
