General Motors released today that its developer of futuristic vehicles (concept cars), Chris Borroni-Bird, has left the automaker for another company. It was Borroni-Bird that has been a front-runner with advanced projects like the Chevrolet EN-V autonomous vehicles. Without it being official, Qualcomm Inc., the largest seller of mobile-phone semiconductors is said to have recruited Borroni-Bird.
Without knowledge of internal specifics currently, it is starting to be a little troubling that GM’s top designers continue to fly the coop. Below is a video of him demonstrating the EN-V
