The Buick Encore is a rather interesting vehicle: not only does it break new ground for the Tri-Shield brand, but it’s also the first subcompact luxury crossover to launch in America. And even though some may have a gripe or two with it, they can’t deny that it has several very well-done elements.
For instance, the interior is made of high quality materials and is designed with flowing, sculptural shapes that — according to Buick — create a sense of harmony in the interior elements. The seats feature high-density foam that’s very comfortable on long drives, while the (unfortunately not standard) leather is the same that’s found in the LaCrosse and Verano. And while we’re at it, the cabin will come in two color combinations — Ebony and Titanium or Saddle and Coco; the latter is shown in this video.
