Depending on where Cadillac falls on your list of awesome automotive brands, this may or may not come off as some kind of a shocker. According to a survey just released by Buyology and uSamp, Cadillac was deemed the “Most Desired Auto Brand” in the United States, specifically by men, finishing atop of BMW and Porsche. The 556 horsepower CTS-V Wagon must really be on their radar. As for women, Lexus finished on top of the leaderboard.
The Most Desired Brands in the U.S. Report tested more than 220 brands across ten diverse industries among 4,000 United States residents. The test was conducted immediately following the Super Bowl on February 6-10, 2012.
Are the thoughts of 4,000 strangers really worth a damn considering the 311 million people that live in the United States? Considering how much every other guy drools over the Audi R8 and the absurd amount of females that desire Range Rovers, we wonder if these results will play out the same way with another 4,000 people. But we’ll let Caddy have its moment.
