As seen first with Cadillac, we see now with Buick and GMC dealers. With over 1,900 (80 percent) of dealers nationwide enlisting for the proposed change-up, customers of Buick and GMC will be welcome to an enhanced dealership atmosphere that has yet to be seen from the brands.
The dealership remodeling plan includes a new exterior façade with updated signage, a brighter showroom featuring a customer greeting station, and a customer lounge with free Wi-Fi. Some dealers have even opted in offering a café or salon as a part of the experience. So far, just over 170 dealers have completed the renovations. By the end of 2013, more than 2,000 buildings across the United States will be fully revitalized.
