The Opel RAK e concept car displayed at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show drew a lot of attention with its progressive looks and the ability to travel 100 kilometers for the cost of a single Euro. What’s more, Opel’s brass is currently busy making a business case for the RAK e, which would be nothing short of fantastic if they can pull it off.
