Here’s another one for the books. After firing off a few strong words in the direction of the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic, the Cruze is at it again… this time – relaying a message to yet another competitor in the compact space – the Ford Focus. And even though Ford has an all-new Focus on the way, that (obviously) didn’t stop Chevy from making this 30-second clip. Click past the jump to watch the ad.
Members of Detroit’s National Automotive History Collection organize every year to discuss and vote on just what seems to be the hottest domestically produced automobile – be it car or truck – that will go for some serious money a couple decades down the road. General Motors seems to have an excess of an estimated 2,000 skilled workers – such as welders and electricians – that it currently does not need in plants all over the United States. And regarding General Motors, environmentalists should quiet down a bit when talking about GM as the company announced this past week announced that 76 of its 145 facilities are landfill-free. That means the waste generated from the plants are reused, recycled or converted to energy. Continue reading.
