As initial demand for the new Buick Regal exceeds supply, General Motors is making progress in setting up for the production of the Epsilon II-based sedan at Oshawa Assembly in Ontario, Canada in the first quarter of 2011. The U.S. launch of the Chevrolet Cruze goes beyond fashionably late. Being available in some countries for nearly two years now, the United States is one of the last in the entire world to actually receive the car.
